CSDP for Milwaukee

This is a test project to demo what CSDP for Milwaukee might look like.

The buildings were generated with the same method as in CDM CSDP (NJ and FL) but the damage values were faked.

We did not generate road assets for Milwaukee, only buildings.

We also tested adding Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles.

The latest version of this project is under the same csdp github repository, but in a separate branch titled "milwaukee".

The latest work on this project was done on WSL on Jake's msi-laptop-1.
